The team at HouseHitz and our affiliates have been helping tenants, buyers, for sale by owner home sellers, landlords, rent to own sellers and landlords connect since 2002. Helping people buy houses and own their own homes, often after years of renting. We started with a simple website focused on Golden Colorado but soon expanded to cover the entire state of Colorado and finally, with HouseHitz, are going nationwide.

We will let apartment complexes rent on HouseHitz, but that is not our focus. We want to help people realize the American dream -- to own your own house.
